Lisa's creations consist of paper and paper pulp which are layered together like brush strokes.  Various media, including watercolor, pencil, ink, crayon, enamel, thread, sand and metal are layered along with handmade paper.   At the end of each day, paper scraps are collected and used to create new pieces of paper.  In this way, each piece is related to the all the others.  For Lisa, this process is a metaphor for the connection that exists between us all.
